Repair Services
All repair work is carried out on a best-effort basis. While we will make every reasonable effort to repair your unit, some units may be beyond economical repair. In such cases, you will be notified and no repair charge will apply (a diagnostic fee may apply).
Warranties
Repairs performed by Supertech Electronics carry a warranty against the same fault recurring. The warranty period varies by repair type and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.
Post-In Service
Units sent via post are handled with care. However, Supertech Electronics is not responsible for damage occurring during transit. We recommend using insured and tracked postage when sending units to us.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
